Self Portrait

This is my idea about how i am going to do my self portrait, i would need to go somewhere where i can jump.

Rag Week

This is the camera set up, You have got a Camera in the middle, with two lights (red Heads) either side.

From the 17th November to the 20th November the Media students held a rag week, which included a Neon (Day Glow) Day, Mad Hats, Random day and a heros and villians day.

Throughout the week, i help with differernt parts of setting up the exibition these include

- Taking pictures

- Help setting up the lights with Jay, Dan R, Liam and Dan G

- I dressed up all week

This is one of the pictures i took, this was during the Random day.

Notes

Spot Light (Red Head)- Main Light
Deflector (White, Round Disk)- Can use paper instead/ Somthing white
Day light Filter (Blue)
You have to pack away the spot light after everything else, because you have to let it cool down.

This picture Did not take long to take, i just had to make sure it was focsed

My Favourite Urban Vs Nature Photo

I took this picture because it shows the tree wrapped around in metal bars, and there are three chairs. I like this picture becaue i took it at an angle which shows the simertary between the tree and the chairs.

My Favourite Portrait Photo

This picture shows me against a wall stroking a Peacock. I dont like this picture because it has been taken at the wrong moment, im completely unaware that the photo was being taken.

Urban Vs Nature

This picture is about the flowers and the shops in the background.
I took this because i liked the look of the flowers in the foreground.

In this picture i like that there is not a lot happerning, and that the colour there is bright

LandScape gives a much wider picture so they can fit more of the landscape in.

Rule of thirds

Golden third- Middle section of the picture because that is where most of the detail is.

The slower the shutter speed the more light

The Faster the shutter speed the less light

1second-1/1000 seconds

Depth of field (DOF) -

The lower the F number the smaller the depth of field the larger the hole in the camara

My Photography

At the moment i sort of photos that i take are usally holidays, days out and parties. Photography means that i have memories of places i have been to. I take these photos useing either my camara or my mobile phone.
